For Orders in Cairo: Returns are accepted on the spot with the courier, paying only the delivery fees. Replacements are accepted within 7 days from receiving the order. Checking the product with the courier or Choosing one item and returning others is unavailable duo to Shipping Company Policy.

 

For Orders in Other Cities: Only replacements are accepted within 7 days from the date of receiving the order. Checking the product with the courier or Choosing one item and returning others is unavailable duo to Shipping Company Policy.

Customers are entitled to a full refund if the item is returned. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags intact.
